Become an Explainer, Access & Learning Volunteers

In the Fun 'n' Flight Interactive Gallery, the volunteer Explainers help visitors to understand the principles demonstrated by the working exhibits.

Individuals contribute as much or as little time as they can spare each month ranging from one half day per month to a whole day each week. The popularity of this area with our visitors means we are always looking for people to join our pool of helpers.

If you have time to spare this is an ideal way to meet and talk to a wide variety of people and feel you are making a positive contribution to their understanding of flight. No previous experience is needed as full training will be given.
