The Royal Air Force Museum can cater for a vast array of filming requirements; previous clients have included the BBC, BBC Choice, ITV, and several satellite channels. Interviews for documentaries are popular, in particular filming veterans in front of some of the only surviving aircraft of its kind. A wide range of factual productions and documentaries have been recorded at the Museum.
The Royal Air Force Museum has a unique collection of over 100 aircraft and thousands of artefacts, some of which are the only surviving examples, all held on the historic site in London. Our prime aim is to make these special objects as accessible as possible to everyone and that is why we encourage filming and photographic opportunities to interested parties.
We also promote photography within the Museum and welcome those who wish to take stills for publications and literature. London's more recent acquisitions, such as the Tornado and magnificent Vulcan Bomber, are popular targets.
The Corporate Events Team at London has an experienced technician who has a working knowledge of the Museum and would be on hand to help you during your time on the site.
